Screening for SNAP work requirements using human-centered design

As states continue to implement mandates and new provisions around SNAP ABAWD work rules, it’s crucial to provide SNAP clients with simple to understand resources to navigate these changes. The Code for America team has developed a SNAP Work Requirements Screener—a user-centered resource designed to help SNAP clients understand, identify, and claim exemptions. 

This webinar will feature an in-depth walk through of the screening questionnaire, highlighting design and content decisions made based on feedback from SNAP clients and advocates. Participants will gain actionable insights they can bring into their screening processes, and have the chance to ask questions and learn about opportunities for engagement.
