Arjun Kaushal (he/him)

Arjun is an Associate Program Director working on the development of program strategy and facilitating cross-functional collaborations to deliver high-quality, innovative digital services for households utilizing government services. He joins Code for America after nearly 7 years working in the field of financial security, developing inclusive banking products at JPMorgan Chase, regulating financial technology at the State of New York, and authoring research and policy perspectives on ways to improve economic mobility for low-income households at think tanks like the Financial Health Network and Aspen Institute. He is a proud native of Southeastern Michigan and graduate of the University of Michigan. Outside of work you can find him walking to the nearest park, testing new things in the kitchen, or talking about Detroit-style pizza to anyone that will listen.
