Amelia Hoover Green (she/her)

Amelia Hoover Green (she/her) is a Staff Quantitative Researcher, working primarily in the Safety Net Innovation Lab. Amelia joined CfA after a decade in academia, seeking new post-tenure adventures. Her research passions include counting hard-to-count things, understanding the structural roots of individual choices, and defending the honor of observational research. Amelia is a North Dakota native who now lives in Philadelphia (West Philly: hands-down the Best Philly) with her family. She enjoys singing, hiking, making art, meeting dogs, and Minnesota Twins baseball.
