Brett Loper (he/him)

Brett Loper has been named Executive Director of the nonpartisan Peterson Solutions Fund (PSF) working to advance initiatives to stabilize America’s fiscal outlook, improve the performance of our healthcare system and strengthen the pillars of our democracy to support a growing, thriving economy over the long term. Loper served as an Executive Vice President for Government Affairs at American Express, Deputy Chief of Staff to House Speaker John Boehner, and held a number of senior roles in the White House and Congress, including the House Committee on Ways and Means, the House Majority Leader’s office, and the White House Office of Management and Budget under President George W. Bush.
