Carl Harris (he/him)

Carl is a Senior Product Manager on the safety net team. Most recently Carl was a Senior Product Manager at Change.org, the world’s largest petition platform. Carl directly contributed to the turnaround of Change.org; growing a new business model from scratch to profitability. Carl built growth experimentation programs and platforms that increased viral traffic. Later, Carl led the product strategy for content creators on Change.org and drove improvements in user retention and success. Carl’s favorite parts of the product role are digging into data, research and talking to users to find solutions for tricky problems. Before he shifted into product, Carl worked on social impact as a lawyer, union organizer, and digital campaigner. Outside of work, you can find Carl meditating, reading about queer history or learning to surf.
