Grace Song (she/they)

Grace Song is an Associate Program Director at Code for America, focused on improving equitable access to social safety net programs and easing administrative burdens for clients and government workers alike. They are a passionate public health advocate with deep roots in community engagement, health education, and creating vibrant sustainable food systems. Prior to joining Code for America, Grace led policy analysis and advocacy for a community-based organization in South LA, has managed local and statewide campaigns to improve food access, and has worn many other hats from food systems researcher to nonprofit fundraiser. Grace holds a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a B.S. in Nutrition and Public Health Policy from New York University.
