Gwen Barker (she/her)

Gwen Barker is a seasoned leader in the tech and digital production industry spearheading operations and digital production disciplines at agencies within the advertising & design world. Her client experience spans work for both profit & non-profit. In the for-profit world, she produced both award-winning work as well as establishing volume based digital asset projects for Fortune 500 clients. Likewise, within the non-profit space, achievements included managing Wisconsin’s “Vote Wisconsin” registration campaign, website, & app build in 2000, which facilitated 30,000 registrations. Gwen lives in the high desert of California with her family of humans, horses, & dogs. She looks forward to bringing her wide breadth of experience from both worlds to work with Code for America in furthering its mission.
