Jana Rhyu (she/her)

Jana Rhyu has always been passionate about solving problems and delights in working collaboratively to create impactful change. She enjoys applying analytical reasoning and an empathetic user-centric perspective to help find creative solutions to problems. Earlier in her career, Jana created process efficiencies through positions spanning account management, sales, and marketing operations and learned about the art of storytelling and data through her time in marketing. Prior to joining Code for America, Jana held roles at LoopUp, Apollo Group and California State University, Humboldt. Jana lives in Portland, Oregon, and in her free time, enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, cooking, traveling, and volunteering in her community. Jana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
