Mackenzie Dancho (she/her)

Mackenzie Dancho (she/her) is the Associate Program Director with Clear My Record, where she works to expand the automatic record clearance program through strong partnerships with government agencies. Fostering intersectional solutions to social, racial, and economic inequity is at the forefront of her career pursuits. She has 9 years of cross-sector experience implementing policies and fostering relationships that drive systems change — from the New York City criminal legal system, to a civic tech foundation in India, to a global girls education program. When she’s not working to drive systems change Mackenzie is investing in her many friendships, prioritizing outdoor time and practicing guitar in her living room.
