Morgan Todd (he/him)

Morgan Todd (He/Him) joins Code for America with a background that includes over 15 years of experience in full-stack development, technical leadership, and engineering management. With a background in technology and customer experience consulting he has worked with diverse organizations from startups to the enterprise. Most recently, he led a full-stack team at Grabango, where he managed the development of web-based tools to support data annotation for computer vision and machine learning models.

Prior to that, Morgan was the Manager of IT Apps Engineering at Twitter, where he led efforts to support and scale over 30 web properties, streamlining user interactions across platforms. His work involved the development of privacy-respecting data systems and the launch of high-availability services to improve operational efficiency. Morgan is passionate about the intersection of technology and people and the importance of ensuring resources are more accessible and functional for all.

A dedicated self-learner, he enjoys many hobbies including reading, both listening to and making music (guitar, percussion, and harmonica mostly), and above all, anything related to nature or being outdoors. Current passions include building aquaculture aquarium ecosystems, studying holistic animal tracking, and wildlife and ecology management.
