Quay Josey

Quay Josey (She/Her/Hers) is the Recruiting Operations Specialist at Code for America. She is a Pittsburgh PA native and has been in California since 2012. Prior to joining Code for America, she served in the US Navy in San Diego and specialized in Logistics Operations and Employee Engagement. Most recently she received her B.A. in Psychology from San Francisco State University and is currently a fellow of the California Association for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors.She is passionate about mental health, DEI, and advocating for underserved communities. She loves animals and in her free time she enjoys traveling, writing and FOOD!
