Sarah McKitterick (she/her)

Sarah McKitterick is a Senior Program Manager on the Safety Net Team at Code for America.  This past year, she led the 2022 National Tax Benefits Outreach Campaign, where she partnered with government agencies to connect their clients to millions of dollars in tax credits.

Sarah has a background in program management with a focus on establishing community and government relations, building sustainable partnerships and driving community-led solutions.  She previously led a portfolio of work at the Shah Family Foundation to increase access to public benefits programs in partnership with state and local governments, including the Advanced Child Tax Credit, Pandemic EBT and SNAP.  Prior to that, she developed a program for educators to advance hands-on learning at LEGO Education, and managed programs to engage new audiences and provide cost-free dance education at the Boston Ballet.

She lives in Boston, MA with her family and 2 amazing rescue pups.
