Sonya Sachdeva

Prior to joining Code for America, Sonya led Talent Acquisition at Brit + Co. where she developed new manager and interviewer trainings and improved overall candidate experience. She has a professional background rooted in both the nonprofit and for-profit space, having worked in business development and project management at companies such as Fair Trade USA and Gap Inc. Sonya is a Bay Area native and holds a B.A. in Politics and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of San Francisco. Sonya is passionate about social justice, a bonafide wine enthusiast, big fan of meal prepping, and proud dog mom.
