Suran De Silva

Suran is a user experience advocate reimagining government services by creating innovative, data-driven, human centered designs. He has experience as a designer, developer, and product manager in various industries. Previously, he worked at the Internal Revenue System where he oversaw a cross-functional team to create and implement a consistent digital IRS brand.

Suran has a Bachelor’s degree from UMBC and an MBA from the University of Maryland. He lives in the DC metro area with his wife, daughter, and two cats (named Pinky and Blinky―after Pac Man ghosts).
