Professional development workshops are back at Summit this year, with four exciting options on May 28. Learn about the opportunities and ethical challenges of new technology with Human-Centered Generative AI for Civic Tech; explore how to make services more accessible with The Power of Multilingual Public Service Delivery; develop strategies for building more capacity in government with Closing Government’s Technology Talent Gap; or nerd out on all things purchasing with Procurement for the People. Workshops happen the day before Summit and require a separate ticket purchase.
