Aurelle Amram (she/her)

Aurelle is the Senior Director of Growth and Partnerships for Code for America. In this role, Aurelle leads Code for America’s partnership and growth strategy. She drives the seamless integration of product, revenue, business, impact, and partnership strategies, and unlocks short- and lock-term impact for Code for America. She ensures product-market fit, develops new partnerships, and grows government revenue. She also oversees partnerships with the civic tech ecosystem,  advocates, and other allied organizations needed to accelerate systems change. Previously, Aurelle held roles leading partnerships for the Safety Net portfolio at Code for America, partnerships with federal and state government agencies, civic technology partners, and allied policy and advocacy organizations.

Before joining Code for America, Aurelle was a Director at Third Sector, a nonprofit advisory firm that partners with the government to create more data-driven, outcomes-focused, equitable social services. Aurelle led Third Sector’s mental health practice, collaborating with federal, state, and county governments to transform services, financing, and contracting for outpatient mental health programs serving individuals with serious mental illness. Prior to that, Aurelle worked in financial and litigation consulting. Aurelle graduated summa cum laude from New York University with Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Sociology and a minor in French and has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Aurelle is also a certified Bikram yoga teacher and leads classes in the Mission neighborhood of San Francisco during her free time.
