Gabrielle Solis (she/her)

Gabrielle (she/her) is a Senior Program Manager in the Safety Net Innovation Lab. In her role, she serves as the programs lead for the state of Colorado. She holds partnership responsibilities and leads a cross-functional team through policy, operational, and delivery challenges. She is passionate about community engagement and strategies that address the root cause of inequities in marginalized communities. Throughout her career, she has worked in public health and healthcare. Before joining Code for America, she worked for the New York City Department of Health, where she designed and implemented several initiatives that helped residents access better health and social services.
