Grace Song

  • Senior Program Manager, Code for America

Grace Song is a Program Manager on the Insight and Impact team at Code for America. She is a passionate public health advocate with deep roots in community engagement and health education, sustainable food systems, and social activism. Most recently, Grace led policy analysis and advocacy for a community-based organization in South LA, to improve the health and wellbeing of marginalized communities through equitable access to healthcare and other safety net services. She also has extensive experience working on food systems issues, ranging from urban agriculture to school nutrition, at both the local (New York City, Washington, D.C.,Los Angeles) and national level. Grace holds a Masters in Public Health from Johns HopkinsBloomberg School of Public Health and a B.S. in Nutrition and Public Health Policy from NewYork University. In her spare time, Grace loves tending to her indoor plants and vertical garden.She also enjoys long distance running (currently searching for her next marathon!), hosting dinner parties, and napping in the sunny spot on her couch.
