Jacob Miller (he/him)

Jacob (he/him) is a Solutions Engineering Manager in the Safety Net portfolio. Prior to joining CfA, he worked for over 8 years supporting progressive political and non-profit organizations at NGP VAN/EveryAction, a SaaS CRM provider. At one point he almost became a SQL developer, and now has many favorite string functions. As a certified project manager, Jacob is a lover of scalable technical solutions, collaborative design, and is enjoying incorporating human-centered design practices. Jacob is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin (Go Badgers!), a Hufflepuff, an avid Wisconsin sports fan, and a proud dog dad. He lives in Washington DC but is a former cheesehead from Wisconsin. He has run three marathons and may do some more! He has strong opinions about Star Wars and Legos and is excited to join the team!
