Kim Thornburg (she/her)

Kim joins Code for America with more than 20 years of nonprofit fundraising experience. She most recently served as Head of Development for Byte Back, a DC based tech nonprofitworking to close the digital divide for under-resourced communities. Additionally, she has worked in the areas of education, empowerment, mentorship and legal services.

Kim lives in Alexandria, VA and has two college age children. In addition to volunteering withsenior citizens, you can see Kim being walked around her neighborhood by her 70 pound sheepadoodle.
