Madison Loew (she/her)

Madison is a design leader and manager who is passionate about using design to promote more equitable outcomes. She has spent her career partnering with organizations to facilitate meaningful transformation, helping to cultivate a culture of user advocacy and introduce participatory approaches wherever possible.
Before joining CfA, she was a Design Manager at Nava PBC, working on Paid Family and Medical Leave in Massachusetts, a Forefront Fellow with the Urban Design Forum studying the effects of privatized public space on people experiencing homelessness in New York City, and a VP of Design Strategy at JPMorgan Chase focusing on mobile and branch experiences designed to promote goals-based saving.
Madison holds a Masters in Design Methods from IIT’s Institute of Design and a Bachelors in Communications, International Studies, and Marketing from Northwestern University. She splits her time frequenting her local Chicago library, scouring vintage markets for new home decor, and getting inspired by contemporary art.
