Meaza Simmons (she/her)

Meaza (she/her) has been in recruiting for 5 years, helping companies grow their engineering and product teams. Prior to joining CfA, she worked for a financial tech company called Affirm, where she helped scale the company from 500 to 2,500+ employees. Outside of work, Meaza enjoys traveling, trying restaurants, scrolling through the New York Times Cooking app for recipes, live music, throwing pottery, and running long distances (both competitively and non competitively). She is also a proud dog mom to two Australian Shepherds and loves watching sports (Go Dubs, 49ers, and SF Giants!).
