Melenie Hernandez has grown her career as a leader, mentor, and HR professional, with her top priority being her passion for people. She has successfully led multiple teams and developed trusting relationships through her inclusive leadership style, her respect for all, and her desire to do the right thing.  Melenie leads by example with transparency, integrity, and a growth mindset, rising to each challenge to ensure the organization and its people are aligned. She is mission-motivated and excited to be a part of something meaningful that is bigger than the organization with a focus on positively impacting others.

Melenie started in retail management before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. She has earned her SHRM-CP certification and certification in Investigation Interviews for the HR professional.Born and raised in the Bay Area, Melenie loves to hike the beautiful CA landscape with her wife Raquel. She enjoys time with her three adult kids, Dominic, Maia and Andy, her closest friends, and her fur baby Princess Glitter.
