Mike Cleveland

Born on an Air Force Base in the Philippines, raised in Kansas City, Missouri, and now living in Hawai’i for just over a decade, Mike enjoys every aspect of technical support services. With over 20 years of in-depth IT experience on just about every level of technology services and development, he enjoys solving problems large and small and especially enjoys interactions with staff and clients in the support role. Some of the key roles he has served in would be Applications Manager for the State of Hawaii Dept. of Budget and Finance, IT Manager for Queen’s Hospital which is the state of Hawaii’s largest employer, trained IT staff for JP Morgan Chase, Mary Kay International, and Citibank, and completed a nationwide Dell system refresh for all Ford Motor Corporation manufacturing plants and sales facilities. In a smaller role, Mike’s enjoyed doing everything from building a network from the ground up by way of cable installation, wireless planning and deployment, and taking apart systems to repair or rebuild them. In his spare time, Mike builds and maintains websites for local celebrities and small businesses in Hawai’i, and enjoys helping people bring their visions to a digital reality. Mike resides on the Island of O’ahu and enjoys spending his time with family by spending time on the beach, and anything in the water from fishing to surfing. Mike and his daughter are ‘sunset chasers’ and practice amateur photography with the sunsets they catch. At home, Mike enjoys working outside on house and yard projects, and playing drums and guitar when time and the family’s ears permit.
