Mike Samawi

Mike is a Principal Solutions Architect on the Insight & Impact team. His background has focused on helping governments use data to improve their programs and operations. In 2020, he aided state and local governments in their use of data to improve Census2020 participation. Previous to that he helped a Federal government agency integrate and report on data that assessed Covid-19’s impact on government operations. Mike attended the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, and is currently pursuing his Masters in Public Policy at the University of Chicago. In his free time Mike enjoys boxing and visiting national parks around the U.S.
