Ryan Hatch

Ryan is a Product Manager on the GetCalFresh team at Code for America. Prior to CFA, he was a Venture for America fellow in Cleveland, OH working in product strategy for new business ventures at Progressive. He is passionate about using creativity, empathy, and the momentum of community organizing to create a radically more equitable future. Ryan holds a degree in Government from Harvard University, where he fell in love with public service through work at Y2Y – a local shelter for young adults experiencing homeless. He is an avid Beyoncé fan, aspiring amateur astronomer, and reality TV enthusiast. You can find him in Los Angeles, CA trying (and failing) to keep his plants alive or, occasionally, his hometown of Allentown, PA hanging out with one of the many, many members of his very large Syrian family.
