Ryan Scher

Ryan Scher (she/her) is the Senior Manager of Employee Experience at Code for America. Her passion lies in designing and implementing engaging employee experiences that foster culture, connectivity, and inclusivity. Before joining Code for America, Ryan most recently served as a Senior Talent Manager, where she helped employees maximize their potential and achieve their professional dreams. Ryan’s varied career includes roles in Talent Management, UX and Graphic Design, as well as the practice of Intellectual Property Law. Ryan holds a J.D. from Tulane Law School, and a B.A. in Cinema-Television, Critical Studies from the University of Southern California. In her free time, Ryan enjoys adventuring, eating spicy food, and cheering on the San Francisco Giants.
