Tiffany Chang (she/her)

Tiffany joins Code for America with previous product management experience in health tech, supply chain, and consumer goods. In these roles, she has focused on making consumer-facing platforms as broadly and easily usable as possible, including experience with web dashboards, mobile apps, and software platforms. Born and raised in New York, Tiffany moved to the Midwest to study Biology, Global Health, and Asian American Studies at Northwestern University. She continued her studies in Chicago, earning a Master’s degree in Management Studies. She is eager to use her combined work and educational experiences to focus on a career that creates a positive impact. Tiffany has called Chicago home for the past decade, living with her partner and two cats named Oolong and Jasmine. When not working, she can be found cooking, baking, reading, painting, fostering cats, or planning her next trip.
